There is no Reception located on-site at KT Apartments. Should you require assistance, please contact us on the number above, or visit our partner hotel, the Adelaide Meridien Hotel & Apartments (21-39 Melbourne Street, North Adelaide). Reception opening hours at the Meridien are 7.30am – 10.00pm daily.
AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING
Your room is individually equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning. If the air conditioner is not operating correctly, firstly check that the correct mode has been selected. Please see below for some basic operating instructions.
The ideal temperature year round is 22 degrees celcius.
BLANKETS & PILLOWS
A spare quilt and pillow are located in the wardrobe. These can also be used on the sofa bed in the living area.
BREAKFAST
There are a number of local cafes and eateries in Kent Town, Norwood or nearby in Rundle Street. Should you wish to cater for yourself, ALDI Norwood is located a short distance from the property at 76 Magill Road.
CAR PARKING
Please enjoy complimentary access to our guest car park. There is one space reserved per apartment. Car park is located at 99a Little King William Street (level B1 via lift access).
PLEASE NOTE:
- Max height 2.1m. Please check the height of your vehicle before entering
- ONE car park per apartment
- NO Parking in the lane way or neighbouring businesses.
To enter the Car park, use your access code on your smartphone or key card issued on the reader on the RIGHT hand side of the roller door.
Roller door will automatically open on exit.
CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 2.00pm.
Check-out time is 10.00am

DISH WASHER
Please ensure you load your dishwasher with all dirty dishes and start cycle prior to your departure. Thank you.

Should you require a Doctor, please contact Norwood General Practice on 8363 7770. They are located at 5 The Parade, Norwood.
Should you require urgent medical attention, please dial 000 and advise location of 99a Little King William Street.
GUEST AMENITIES
KT Apartments provides eco-friendly refillable NOOD amenities for you to use in your bathroom (Shampoo, Conditioner & body wash). For forgotten items, ALDI Norwood is located just a short distance from the property.
IRON/IRONING BOARD
An iron and ironing board are located in the wardrobe of your room.
LAUNDRY
Laundry facilities (washer/dryer combo) are located within your apartment. Please ensure the exhaust fan is switched on when using the dryer.
MALICIOUS DAMAGE
Guests are reminded that the cost of replacement or repair of anytime item, that goes beyond fair wear and tear, and that is caused by the guests or their invited guests will be charged to their account and subsequently charged to their credit card provided at time of check in.
NOISE
We have a zero tolerance for excessive noise and/or large parties within the complex. Should there be reports of such events, we will not hesitate to evict all guests from the offending apartment and cancel future access.
Should you experience excessive noise during your stay, please call our reception line on (08) 8267 3001 – 24-hour contact (Please reference that you’re staying at KT Apartments with your Name, Contact Number & Apartment Number) to report it and our security service will attend and take action if necessary.
OVEN / COOK TOP
To operate the oven and/or cook top, please ensure you have the isolator switch in the ON position. You will find this on the left hand side of the kitchen splash back – button is marked COOKER (see example).
When using the appliance for the first time or after a prolonged power failure, 00:00 will flash on the display. In order to start a cooking function, the current time has to be set. To do so, please follow the following steps:
- Turn the Select knob <> to select the current time
- Press the Select knob <> to set the hours and go to the minutes
- Turn the Select knob <> to select the minutes
- Press the Select knob <> to finish setting the time
SMOKING
All rooms are designated Non-Smoking. Smoking will only be permitted outside the building or on balconies with the door closed. Smoking within our apartments is considered to be malicious damage. If a room is found to have been used for smoking by the guests or invitees of the guests a minimum charge of $200.00 will be charged to the guests account or credit card supplied at check-in to compensate for.
